I had been dealing with osteomyelitis for over a yr and had to get my toe amputated. Dr. Prime was hands down the best doctor I've ever dealt with. I never felt like just another patient to him i truly felt like he cared about me and my situation and he did everything he could to make it possible for me to get the surgery I desperately needed. He is a man of his word and a man of honor. I would 1000 percent recommend Dr. Prime to anybody needed surgery. I can't thank him enough.

Went in with an infected ingrown toenail, Dr.Ansert was very kind and helped with my anxiety(even minor surgery makes me very nervous) without making a big deal out of it. After the anesthesia, the whole procedure was less than 10 minutes. It was really reassuring to have it taken care of so quickly.
All the staff I talked to were so nice and friendly as well. Checking in was quick and checking out was smooth. Doctor offices normally make me very nervous but this office was very relaxed and had a very calming vibe that relieved the nervousness I’d had initially.

Absolute best experience I’ve EVER had at any doctors office. Dr. Ansert knew, within seconds,  what was going on with my foot. He took the time to explain and make sure I understood. I left pain-free for the first time in 2 years. Staff is so sweet and LOVED the dogs being around, especially when it came time to get a cortisone shot. Dr. Potter is also fabulous, he treated me when I got knots in my feet after I gave birth to my daughter.

The best staff who care for their patients beyond typical measures. I had to go in to have my foot evaluated due to an infection in my toe / toe nail. Today I went in for my second appointment and got the same happy greeting and comforting staff. I have really bad anxiety and having to come in to get a nail removed again after an awful experience back in Illinois, had my nerves stirred up. The ladies were so comforting and everyone let me know exactly what was going on. My old podiatrist did not numb me enough and I felt the whole thing so I was having extreme anxiety coming in.  I was so happy to be numbed properly (even though it was the worse pain of the procedure) and not able to feel when he was removing the nail, other than actual pressure of him holding my foot and moving it where he needed to. This staff is amazing beyond words and I would urge anyone who needs a podiatrist to chose their office! 

The tiniest acts matter and put a smile on my face when I got home and saw the message the nurse left me.

Dr. Ansert is an excellent podiatrist. He has two convenient locations: one in J-Town, one in New Albany. His office staff is very pleasant and professional. They get to know you and always make you feel welcome. Dr. Ansert treated my daughter and helped her with pain from a bunion on her foot. After trying other remedies, we decided to have a bunionectomy. He provided us with all the details and answered any questions. He even suggested a second opinion to put our minds at ease. Everything went well with the surgery, but it is a process. Post surgery, he has gone above and beyond in her treatment, pain management and concerns. He is great with young people, listening, and making the process as pleasant as possible. I would recommend Dr. Ansert highly to anyone having foot issues and needing assistance on how to have healthy, fully functioning foot movement. He’s the best.
